Acceptance of terms

By using TransformYou (transformyou.in), you agree to these terms of service and to our privacy policy and medical disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference.

Nature of the service

TransformYou provides AI-assisted educational pre-consultation assessments, patient education content, calculators, and access to purchase guides, programs, and consultations with Dr. Shishir Anand. The AI assessment is an educational and triage tool, not a diagnostic service — see our medical disclaimer for full detail.

Eligibility and account use

You must provide accurate information when using the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login link or session associated with your account and for all activity under it.

Payments and refunds

Paid guides, programs, and consultations are processed through our payment provider. Specific refund terms for each paid offering are stated at the point of purchase; in the absence of a more specific term, digital guides are generally non-refundable once delivered, and consultation refund/rescheduling terms will be clearly stated at booking.

Intellectual property

All content on TransformYou — including guides, articles, and platform design — is the property of TransformYou/Dr. Shishir Anand and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Limitation of liability

TransformYou and its AI tools are provided on an "as available" educational basis. To the extent permitted by law, TransformYou is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated content without physician review, or for outcomes of procedures performed by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having authority over Uttar Pradesh, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
